Setup Options

Two setup options
are available.

Professional Setup

We will come to your home and set up everything needed for a slumber party your child and friends will love. Set up will take around 60 to 90 minutes depending on amount of teepees required.

$160 for 2 teepees

$240 for 4 teepees.

$40 for each extra teepee.

Do It Yourself

Save yourself some money and set up yourself. All packages are available at a lower price to do it yourself. Pick up is from Hallett Cove. (A frames not available for DIY)

$140 for 2 teepees

$200 for 4 teepees.

$30 for each extra teepee.

Beds Only

Don’t let your child miss out because of lack of space, we can provide our packages without the teepees.

Our amazing bell tent will provide a beautiful area for your celebrations. Our tent will provide shade on a sunny day and can be dressed up to look spectacular. We will set up for your party/celebrations and take down at a time that suits you. Our picnic package includes the following:

Garden Glamping (Night time hire)

Give your child a memory to cherish forever ! Our spacious bell tent is the perfect size for a sleepover. We supply everything you need to keep the children happy, warm and comfortable. Our beautiful tents can fit 5 airbeds and teepees or 7 airbeds without teepees. All packages include:

Naked Tent 

Whether you’re looking to save some money or you have a vision of your own to create a beautiful party our tent is available to hire empty. Use it as you please. We will set up and take down at a time to suit everyone.

Couples Retreat Back yard staycation!

Have the night away without the hassle of going away. A perfect break in your back garden. We will set up and design the tent to create an elegant, romantic garden experience. Included in this package is: Full size double air bed, seats, mats, cushions, bedding, Tent decorations.

Terms & Conditions

• Set up will only take place in a clean, dry area.
• A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
• Full payment is due 7 days before rental. Missing this date may result in cancellation.
• Customers are responsible for providing space for the safe set up of equipment. A 5 metre bell tent requires 7 metres squared to set up. 
• Starry Sunsets will not be liable for any accidents or personal injury caused during the rental period. All responsibility is with the customer.
• The customer will be liable for any damage caused to the equipment during the rental period.
• Animals are to be kept away from the equipment.
• An adult must be present when setting up and taking down equipment at a home.
• Bell tents will not be set up in adverse weather. If the weather is bad on the day of your party Starry Sunsets will be in touch to discuss other arrangements. The tent will not be set up in winds over 30 kmh.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any beauty products provided are suitable for use. Starry Sunsets is not responsible for any adverse reactions.
• If hiring the Candy Cart or Hot Choc cart it is the customer’s responsibility to check anyone consuming these products does not have an allergy. Starry Sunsets will not be held responsible for any adverse reaction.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are in the area we cater for (20 km from Hallett Cove)
• DIY option – It is the customers responsibility to ensure they’re vehicle is big enough to transport the required equipment. Drivers license or proof of address will need to be shown on pick up.
• Customers are not to pack up the equipment or move original set up.
